After almost 6 months

After almost 6 months, still no response from an e-mail i have sent. Very bad customer service, unbelievable! I would advise you not to buy from this website.

Super fast delivery

Once the order has been shipped, delivery is super fast. Placed the order on May 16th, shipped on May 18th and arrived to Cyprus on May 20th.

Very upsetting.

Very upsetting..
I ordered 31/3 no order confirmation, received tracking stuck in customs for days and after that it says returned by customer.. I didn’t even receive so DPD messed it up badly it is not SikSilk’s fault BUT I am very disappointed by the lack of information from SikSilk’s side, not responsive on the phone at all and the package is still not here..

Return goods provided shipping and…

Return goods provided shipping and tracking information got absolutely no response back from customer services other than automated email had to file a dispute with PayPal and chases up for 2 months before getting a refund from PayPal due to lack of update from the seller

Avoid - sizing wrong, reluctant to refund, non existent customer service

Ordered a winter jacket - when it arrived sizing was completely out, would suggest you order at least the next size up if you want it to fit.
Returns process very slow, they don't reply to emails, still waiting for a refund 3 weeks after they received the item back in their warehouse. In the end I raised a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
Eventually received an email saying they had processed my refund (but it will take 10 days to process), but it's still not turned up on my account.
I know it doesn't take 10 days for a refund credit to appear, when other companies do a refund it appears within 24/48 hours max - it's another delaying tactic, trying to make out it takes up to 10 days for the refund to appear - no, it just means your company waits another 10 days before actually keying in the refund.
Judging by other reviews that now seems quite common complaint about this company, they delay refunds.
Non existent customer service. Avoid this company.

????AVOID THERE SCAMMERS SENDING OUT POOR QUALITY ITEMS 2 ITEM SENT TO ME BROKE WITHIN A DAY NOT WORTH THE MONEY MY PARTNER WORKS IN A GYM AND HE SAID HE RATHER NOT WEAR IT AS ITS CHANGE SINCE THE BASEBALL TOPS THEY USE CHEAP MATERIAL AN REFUSE TTO HELP THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD ????

Ordered a coat and I’m still waiting…

Ordered a coat and I’m still waiting for it it be dispatched, it’s been over a week! I’ve emailed and rang them and had no response! I get that COVID is about but if everyone else can stick too there shipping standards why can’t siksilk!

Must be some small men on here who say…

Must be some small men on here who say the larges are to big for them, eat up, train harder little men, get some pride, don't blame sizes take responsibility for your self, now myself on the other hand I ordered 2 xl and its. A nice tight fit on my arms, nice on the chest, makes my boulder shoulders look even more god like, and after finding out sil silk is based in scarbrough and I love scarbrough and I'm from North Yorkshire so supporting local business is important to me, I also believe we only operate in beast mode down here and we must just be bigger down here

Horrible return policy.

I always order Size L t-shirts and they fit me well. Unfortunately the 3 shirts i ordered this time don't fit me well enough. They are too big. It happens, better luck next time. Problem is, why do i have to pay 14 euros to return my items? That is double the price of what is has to cost. Just for some stupid track&trace code. That doesnt make sense to me.

Fabulous in every way

Fast delivery, the clothing itself impeccably made. Lovely fit. Ordered again the day my first delivery arrived. Can’t believe the quality for the price. Delighted!!
